Role Overview
Lead the overall delivery of Flutter iOS plugin modernization initiatives, including Objective-C to Swift migrations, architecture decisions, open-source contribution strategy, reviewer engagement, and delivery governance.
Experience
- 8+ years software engineering experience
- 5+ years iOS architecture experience
- Experience leading large-scale Objective-C → Swift migrations
- Experience contributing to open-source projects
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery of the migration program
- Define migration architecture and coding standards
- Review all major design and implementation decisions
- Lead dependency injection and testability strategy
- Drive Flutter maintainer collaboration and PR reviews
- Manage risk mitigation and release readiness
- Mentor engineering team members
- Ensure behavioral parity and quality compliance
