What we are looking for

CLOUDSUFI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for client services. The program manager is responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned project scope. He/she will work together with leads in the program/project to create an execution plan in consultation with the customer stakeholders and drive the execution with the team with people, process, and structure. Some of the key KPIs for this role are Gross Margin, Customer Advocacy (NPS), ESAT (Employee Satisfaction), Penetration (Net New), and Target Revenue Realization.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in the IT industry with a focus on solutions for Digital Transformations and Industry 4.0
  • Experience in managing digital transformation programs for mid-large organizations with a focus on data, AI, IoT, robotics, and GenAI, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, cost and quality.
  • Hands-on experience in open-source software development and cloud-native technologies, especially on the GCP tech stack
  • Experience of delivery projects in Middle East region, especially in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent stakeholder management, ability to connect and present to senior leadership team of client
  • Must have performed program delivery for a large program of size of more than USD 2 million annually and grown the account through delivery excellence
  • A customer-centric approach, which includes an understanding of expectations/prioritization of customer needs.
  • Must have experience in setting up large teams and work transitioning from onsite teams/other vendors in a structured and predictable manner
  • Hands-on experience in agile project management. Must be conversant in performing all Agile Ceremonies: daily Scrum calls, Retro and Demo meetings, and Velocity calculation
  • Knowledge of the SAFE Agile framework is an added advantage
  • Experience in strategic planning risk management and change management
  • Proficiency in project management software tools
  • Should be well versed with current technology trends in IT solutions, e.g. Cloud Platform development, DevOps, low-code solutions, and Automation
  • Manufacturing or Oil & Gas domain knowledge will be a definite advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfillment of all commitments to the client
  • Bring out technical/operational challenges and risks during execution and develop an action plan for mitigation and aversion of identified risks
  • Comply with development processes, documentation templates, and tools prescribed by CLOUDSUFI or its clients
  • Work with other teams and Program Managers in the organization and assist them with an estimation of tasks for proposals
  • Contribute towards the creation of knowledge repository, reusable templates, reports, and dashboards
  • Assign tasks, track deliverables, and remove impediments to team members
  • Prepare Progress Reports and Dashboards for monitoring project progress and report to internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate and assess risks for the project
  • Create and maintain delivery best practices and audit the implementation of processes and best practices in the organization
  • Provide feedback to team members and be a coach and mentor for them
  • Participate in organization development activities from time to time-Interviews, CSR/employee engagement activities, participation in business events and conferences, and implementation of new policies, systems, and procedures as decided by the Management team

Non-technical/behavioral competencies required

  • Must have worked with large customers in the Middle East region, particularly Saudi Arabia
  • Written communication, technical articulation, listening, and presentation skills (8/10 minimum)
  • Should have good conflict management
  • Should have superior persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Should have demonstrated effective task prioritization, time management, and internal/external stakeholder management skills
  • Should be a quick learner, self-starter, go-getter and team player
  • Should have experience working under stringent deadlines in a Matrix organization structure
  • Should have demonstrated appreciable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in past organizations
